If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Pappelina offers a 30 days return policy, from the day when you received your delivery. Please note that the direct cost of returning products will be paid by you. Samples cannot be returned.
How to make a return:
1.Pack your goods well, preferably with original packing material.
2.Include your delivery note in the parcel so we know who the parcel is from.
3.Choose your preferred freight forwarder and return to: Pappelina AB, Norsbro Sågmyravägen 5, SE-793 30 Leksand, Sweden.
4. Make sure to clearly mark the outside of your return with RETURN to avoid additional customs fees.
5.When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange a product you need to follow our return policy above and then place a new order on our website.
REFUNDS We will refund the payment with the same method you used when purchasing the product. A refund normally takes 5-7 business days after we have received your return.

CLAIMS If you want to make a claim on a product, please contact customer service, email@example.com, who will guide you through the process. Pappelina provides a 3-year warranty (against production defects) on all products. To be able to process your claim, we need a digital photo, clearly showing the problem.
