Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Attach the return label included in your delivery to the parcel and drop it at your nearest drop-off point. If a return label is not included in your parcel, please contact us at info@pappelina.com and we will send you one. Once we've received and registered your return, we'll refund you within 14 days — minus the return shipping cost.
Please note that custom-size rugs and samples cannot be returned. If the item shows signs of use or damage that affect resale, we reserve the right to apply a deduction to your refund.

Changed your mind before your order arrives? If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to stop it. Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, return your item following the steps above and place a new order at pappelina.com.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used at checkout. Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and any applicable return cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Warranty & Claims
All Pappelina products carry a 3-year warranty against production defects. If you believe your product is faulty, email us at info@pappelina.com with a photo clearly showing the issue and we'll guide you from there.
