MIMI is a plastic rug woven from Swedish-made, phthalate-free PVC at Pappelina's mill in Leksand, Sweden. Its honeycomb pattern is created using a mixed weave technique where finer and fuller sections alternate across the surface, giving the rug a soft, lively texture that comes from the weave itself.

In the area format, MIMI comes in one size: 180 × 260 cm, large enough to anchor a dining table or sit comfortably under a living room sofa. The honeycomb pattern scales well to a bigger floor without feeling busy. The hemmed edge gives it a tailored finish that holds its shape over time.

Care Instructions
  • Vacuum regularly.
  • Gently remove stains with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Do not scrub.
  • Do not machine wash due to the rug’s size.
  • Clean with a mop or hand wash in a bathtub or large container. Professional dry cleaning can also be used.
  • Evenly stretch edges whilst wet.
  • Hang to dry over a wide bar or several lines.
