RETURN POLICY

 

RETURNS

 If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Pappelina offers a 30 days return policy, from the day when you received your delivery. If you wish to return your order, please follow the instructions below. Please note that samples and MYPAPPELINA cannot be returned.

Return policy/cancellation does not apply customized or custom-ordered products produced according to your instructions. It is not obligatory, but we recommend using the original packaging or similar avoid damage when returning a product to us.

We reserve the right to make a damage deduction if the product’s condition has changed to such an extent that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount. The deduction is made on the total return amount before it is refunded to you. We examine all returned items to determine if a deduction is necessary.

 

How to make a return from EU

  1. Use the return label included in your delivery. The cost for returning your order is €20.
  2. Pack your goods well, preferably with original packing material. Include your delivery note in the parcel so we know who the parcel is from. If you have choses the payment option invoice, please contact Klarna to report the return and to prolong your invoice.
  3. Attach the return label clearly visible on the package and leave it at your nearest DHL drop off point. Visit www.dhl.com to find the one nearest you.
  4. When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to make a return from UK

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Please be aware that custom-sized rugs are non-returnable. Follow these simple steps for your return: 

  1. Email us at info@pappelina.com for a commercial invoice/export declaration. 
  1. Print and use the return label we provide. Return cost is £30 which will be deducted from your refund. 
  1. Pack items well, preferably in original packaging, with your delivery note inside. 
  1. Clearly attach the return label and mark the parcel "RETURN" to prevent extra customs fees. 
  1. Drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL point with the commercial invoice/export declaration. Visit www.dhl.com to find one near you.  
  1. Once processed at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to make a return from Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and UAE

If you use your right to return a product, please contact us at info@pappelina.com before returning your order to receive all necessary documents so your order can be cleared through customs.

Please note that all costs of returning the goods will be paid by you.

  1. Contact us at info@pappelina.com to receive a commercial invoice/export declaration that can be used through customs
  2. Pack your goods well, preferably with original packing material.
  3. Include your delivery note in the parcel so we know who the parcel is from. Mark the parcel clearly with RETURN for easier handling in customs. Please contact us if you need a commercial invoice of your order.

How to make a return from Denmark

 
Use the return label included in your delivery. The cost for returning your order is 150 DKK

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product you need to follow our return policy above and then place a new order on our website.


REFUNDS

We will refund the payment with the same method you used when purchasing the product. A refund will be done within 14 business days after we have received your return. Freight cost will not be refunded and the return cost of €20 (for EU only) is adjusted upon re-payment. 


CLAIMS

If you want to make a claim on a product, please contact customer service, info@pappelina.com, who will guide you through the process. Pappelina provides a 3-year warranty (against production defects) on all products. To be able to process your claim, we need a digital photo, clearly showing the problem.
