RETURN POLICY

 

RETURNS

 If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Pappelina offers a 30 days return policy, from the day when you received your delivery. If you wish to return your order, please follow the instructions below. Please note that samples cannot be returned.

Return policy/cancellation does not apply customized or custom-ordered products produced according to your instructions. It is not obligatory, but we recommend using the original packaging or similar avoid damage when returning a product to us.

We reserve the right to make a damage deduction if the product’s condition has changed to such an extent that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount. The deduction is made on the total return amount before it is refunded to you. We examine all returned items to determine if a deduction is necessary.

How to make a return from EU

  1. Use the enclosed return label included in your delivery. The cost for returning your order is €20.
  2. Pack your goods well, preferably with original packing material. Include your delivery note in the parcel so we know who the parcel is from. If you have choses the payment option invoice, please contact Klarna to report the return and to prolong your invoice.
  3. Attach the return label clearly visible on the package and leave it at your nearest DHL drop off point. Visit www.dhl.com to find the one nearest you.
  4. When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to make a return from USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Australia

If you use your right to return a product, the direct cost of returning the goods will be paid by you. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service if a product is returned as you bear full transportation liability. It is not obligatory, but we recommend using the original packaging or similar avoid damage when returning a product to us.

  1. Pack your goods well, preferably with original packing material.
  2. Include your delivery note in the parcel so we know who the parcel is from. Mark the parcel clearly with RETURN for easier handling in customs.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product you need to follow our return policy above and then place a new order on our website.

REFUNDS

We will refund the payment with the same method you used when purchasing the product. A refund will be done within 14 business days after we have received your return. Freight cost will not be refunded and the return cost of €20 (for EU only) is adjusted upon re-payment. 

CLAIMS

If you want to make a claim on a product, please contact customer service, info@pappelina.com, who will guide you through the process. Pappelina provides a 3-year warranty (against production defects) on all products. To be able to process your claim, we need a digital photo, clearly showing the problem.
